Remixed shortened ring mandrel

Shortened the ring mandrel by St0pSnitching to make it able to be printed on our small print volume printer (BambuLab A1 Mini) since the well-reviewed version was 10mm too tall. This is 175mm instead of 190mm, no other modifications made.
