Summary

These are functional replacement players for bubble hockey games like Carrom Sports and Super Chexx. They hold up to a bunch of kids abusing them better than the original pieces and they are cheap and easy to replace. Clearly, they are not detailed pieces of art. I was unable to purchase replacement players anymore, so I designed these to be super easy to print when we need a replacement player.

Post-Printing

You will need to reuse the metal base of the player. Use a heat gun or hair dryer or torch to heat up the metal and plastic. Then pull the metal base from the foot of the old player.

I put the metal base in a vise and used pliers to pull the plastic off.

Reheat the metal base and then push the new player on. Let it cool.

Put the player back on the table and you're good to go.
