I saw some of these sold in volume for a ridiculous price at Home Depot, and just had to spend a little time designing my own to print whenever I need them. There are two versions" with and without retaining holes to screw them in place.

Use whenever you're painting a board and don't want the piece to get stuck to the thing it's laying on.
