IBM Model 80 Front Bezel with cut out for a 5.25 Drive

Designed to fit a IBM PS/2 Model 80 with a 5.25 CD Drive on rails. This replaces the stock front bezel as you need the cutout to make the drive accessible.

Thanks goes to Niklas Richardson for providing the dimensions of an original bezel which are hard to find unobtainium!

I used a PLA made by eSun in the colour Bone White which is a pretty good match for the case.

Will print better with a heated bed but I managed to print this on a Flashforge finder by printing it horizontally across the print bed and vertically. Though the Finder doesn’t have a heated bed so I got a bit of corner curl. However the finished output works just fine I’m not doing another 3hour print..

So with a heated bed you shouldn’t get the curve I have the bottom edge (left side) in my image.

Did this with a standard 15% infill hexagons using Flash Print 5 should work fine on other machines
