Customizable Parametric Battery Holder (AAA, AA, C, D)

Series battery holder for AAA to D sized batteries.
NOTE:
This is a work in progress and does not work great at the moment.

I have recently re-written this and significantly simplified the scad file. I have not yet printed many of the battery sizes; they may not all work!

This thing is a based entirely on flummer's battery box for AA Cells: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:331394

I have simplified a few things and parameterized it, but Flummer did all the hard work.

This version adds the ability to define different battery sizes and has a few more options.
