Summary

This is a modular design that can be used for several things. There is a central building and two ends (those could also be used stand alone for hotels, banks...).

I have included a smaller central building with some of the details removed, so it will print on my Creality K1.

This was based off another design I found (but can no longer access).

This is a work in progress but it should be sufficient to work with.
