2L Mist Coolant Bottle Cap and Holder for Pressurised Coolant Flow

I printed James' models which were brilliant, however I found that the venturi effect was rubbish on the import mist coolant devices I had. So I used the same mount and bottle cap as James' original design and built an insert for the bottle, a top cap with threaded bolt for the coolant line.

I designed in Fusion 360 but for some reason I couldnt get the top cap to fit with the insert, so had to print it +7.5% on all sides for a perfect fit. I have calibrated my printer with Califlower so no ideas whats going on, but clearly I am not the best designer or 3D printer! Either way it worked.

I printed in PETG and only scaled the top cap +7.5% to make it all fit.

The bottle insert needs an oring to seal against the bottle.

The hose to the nozzle needs to have the bolt threaded on, a small oring, then the hose is fed in to the top cap before the whole assembly it put together. The hose is sealed by compressing the small oring with the bolt.
