Sliding card holder - badge holder - id card access

I improved some things on the original model: added some grip for the thumb, reinforced the hole for the keyring and rounded some sharp edges.

It already was a good model so the other parts are the same.

The card holder art is a little loose when moving but I preferred to do not modify it beacause in this way the movemet is really smooth.
