Modified smt mini-reel code from here.

Short story, there were a range of parameters that where needing dropdowns or sliders, and a few actually were related to the diameter of the reels, according to my reading of EIA 481.

Over time I'll upload stl for 8..32mm wide reels in 100, 178 and 330mm.

The OpenSCAD code is uploaded also, but if you want reels with diameters other than 100, 178 or 330mm go grab Thiadmer's code.
