Snouted SMD Component Holder - For 2020 Extrusion

Added a snout to one of the SMT feeders at:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5184057

Just playing with Blender. The original feeders (all in STL) did no have a lip to press down on when using a vacuum pickup.
