Blade Sharpening Arbor for Fiskars Rotary Cutter
Instead of buying new rotary cutter blades when they get dull, why not just resharpen them? I designed this arbor to accept a rotary cutter blade with a .400" center bore. The arbor is then chucked into a drill and at very low speed you can sharpen the blade. I recommend 1000 grit sandpaper and a light oil on the paper. Follow up with 2000 grit for an extra fine finish.
If you have a rotary cutter with a different size center bore, you should be able to scale the model by percentage in your slicer to get the arbor to be a good fit for your blade.
