DND 5e Silver 5 coin scaled and fixed

The original thing made by thetimster had multiple holes and many extraneous faces. I re-built it from scratch and also changed the number on the back from 5 to the roman numeral V (I thought it suited the role playing better). This should print easier and cause less trouble. Printed no problem on Ender 3 Pro flat on the print bed.
