ATH-M50xBT left hinge

Good luck to you! Don't rush, otherwise there is a high risk of breaking the wire.
When disassembling, take pictures of the location of EVERY screw and each stage of removing parts.
I used:
1) Anycubic photon with modified chitu display with 0.05 print layer
2) SUNLU/JAY0 Nylon Like BK resin
3) Wash in alcohol for no more than 1 minute
4) Blown with compressor
5) Removed supports
6) Washed with alcohol
7) Dry with air from compressor
8) Sanded with 400 grain all unevenness until traces on the front surface disappeared
8) Covered with TAMIYA surface primer for plastic in 1 layer and let dry for 12 hours in the dark
9) Covered with TAMIYA TS-29 Semi Gloss Black paint (possibly glossy paint was needed)
9.1) Turned off the headphones
10) Disassembled the left earphone according to the instructions for ATH 50 https://www.head-fi.org/threads/full-ath-m50-deconstruction.586304/
11) Removed the button cover
11.1) Took a photo of the wire arrangement (required for the speaker and button board)
12) Unsoldered 5 of the 7 wires and coated the exposed wire cores with insulating varnish
13) Removed the wire from the entire cup and secured the wire to the bracket to protect the white plastic bracket and everything above it from falling out.
14) Put the first two parts on the Hinge, which the prismatic protrusion rests against.
15) Filed the prismatic stop with a file (file thickness less than 2 mm) so that the two parts could rotate. This requires adjusting the parts.
16) Using a 2 mm drill, processed 2 places where the wire passes through the axis (I modified the model, this may not be necessary).
17) With crazy faith in myself, I pushed the wire in the opposite direction - twice through the axis and the groove for laying.
17.1) Soldered everything in place.
18) Assembled everything in reverse order according to the instructions.
