Gear Hair clip

Just a gear which you can use to hide a hairband making it look as if you have a gear hairband.

This model contains half of the model, just print 2x of these for a full set.

You will probably need to edit the internal dimensions (R and r) as this was tested with my thick hair, The hairband that ties your hair should fit inside R radius and there should be a tight fit between your hair and r radius to ensure that it doesn't slip off.

You might have to sand down the ball clip and socket, I made the sizes a bit too close resulting in a very tight fit.

Might be worth trying to print with a different type of material preferably something flexible if it keeps irritating your neck.

Should work with any printer and filament.
