Metabo DFP 400 lubeshuttle adapter

Simple adapter to use the Metabo DFP-400 pneumatic grease gun with screw on Lube shuttle cartridges.

Changed outer tread to 57mm x 2,309mm added taper to make room for the vent.

Printed without supports and 100% infill.
