Summary

A minimal snap-close case designed around a pocket-sized version of wittiko's animal puzzle, based on the tray from the original model. The case can only be closed around a solved puzzle, so make sure you have time for a solve when you open it!

This requires slight (-0.05 to -0.1 mm) XY contour shrink on the puzzle pieces; without this, a few piece combinations may not fit together.</p><p>To prevent need for supports, set models <code>box</code> and <code>box-shell</code> with their open faces pointing upwards. <code>box-shell</code> may need a brim in this orientation.</p><p>The provided 3mf file was created in OrcaSlicer and contains all of the above changes, set up for an Ender-3 S1 with PLA filament.</p></div>

Post-Printing

The fillets at the bottom corners of the outer case may need slight filing/sanding.
