PSU Shroud Cover for Fractal Design Define 7 / Meshify 2

This is an improved version of a previously uploaded design by BBrouwers, adding mounting points for the Fractal Design Multibrackets and adding two more mounting point sets for additional projects like a GPU holder.

The added holes all have the correct dimensions for M3 meltable thread inserts.
