Water Wheel for inside a tube

Designed to help a student with a project. The wheel is designed to fit inside a water pipe. I included a PDF of the dimensions from the CAD model. It is designed for a 4" pipe - but is untested as of now. The CAD model includes some reinforcement modifications in the vanes. I've uploaded a "reinforced" model file as well.
