Now that you turned a bottle into filament its time to start printing. In my experience PET is actually a very friendly filament if you print slow and hot. I would recommend using an all metal hotend, as PTFE lined hotends will start to fail around 250C.
Settings:
267C nozzle
80C bed
40mm/s max printing speed
At least 20% Gyroid Infill
1 mm @ 60mm/s retraction (direct drive extruder)
30% cooling after the first layer
Z lift/hop .2mm
Increase extrusion multiplier (determine values experimentally)
Although I have not ran extensive tests on these settings, they have been working great for me so far. They should serve as a good starting point for you. If you find any nice tweaks, feel free to let me know.
