Intubation Trainer with variations for difficulty

This is an intubation trainer made of poured silicone. The mold is two part exterior with a interior airway of varying difficulty. There are airway molds for easy, medium and hard. The easy has a larger opening, aiwray and more posterior trachea. The hard has tonsils, a narrow airway, large obstructing epiglottis and anterior trachea. The mold takes about 40 oz of silicone. I use dishsoap/isopropyl alcohol as a release agent and duct tape to seal the mold to reduce leakage. the base adheres nicely to a flat table. The base clamp can be used with a medium c-clamp to affix to the table as needed. The exterior molds print with a thin section that may need to be removed to fit the easy and medium airways and is simple to remove.
