Rivnut Tool Organiser Insert

I bought a Rivnut tool from e-Bay (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125853747999) - the tool was fantastic but alas the vacuum formed organiser in the box was realy brittle and already cracked when received. It also meant opening lots of small bags to find the correct parts.

I printed in two parts and used Loctite Superglue Gel. If your printer is big enough then you should be able to print the complete version in one hit.</p></div>

How I Designed This

I made a quick organiser using Rhino 6 and at the time my only printer was an entry level Qidi (model not listed) with a small print bed (thus I have uploaded the part in two sections; Left and Right). I have also uploaded the complete file which is 298mm along its longest side.

The organiser is tall enough to enclose the rivnuts when the lid is shut. I must say, I probably could have worked a little harder on the tool attachments as they can work loose from their compartments.

You will also note that I have used text to identify the sizes and also the required drill size for installing the rivnuts - they are contained in the instructions but they are just tiny and and a hassle when you are in the middle of a job - they are however, contained in the first compartment if you insist on keeping them :)
