Shrek Headband (Larger/Adult Head)
UPDATE 8/8/25: If you can't open the 3MF file (even a geometry-only import), I've added STL's for Shrek and Fiona headbands, as well as Shrek ears. To customize your own headband beyond simple scaling, get the headband SCAD file as described below from the thing posted by @arpruss. This assumes you can manage the basics of working with Open SCAD.
There is some tolerance space for the ears to fit the headband mount points. Since everyone's printer and materials have different needs, I encourage you to print the ears and stop once a good amount of the square is printed and do a test fit. Then scale them to fit tighter or looser and slice/print again. And of course you can always epoxy them in place or wrap the post with some masking tape if they are loose. Personally I think epoxy or superglue is the way to go so they won't ever come off.
Left vs Right Ears: There's a chance I mislabeled the left and right ears. If so, simply switch them. You can try it both ways to see what looks better. Circular mount points would be ideal to let you rotate them for a good angle but I didn't make the original models.
Summary of Remix:
Removed the headband nubs
Widened the bottom of the headband slightly for larger heads
Mirrored the ear so there is a true left and right
Scaled ears down 80%
Moved the mount points down so they aren't popping out near the top of the wearer's head. Shrek's ears top out near his eyebrows, which is much higher than a human head, but proportionally this gives a nice result.
Included a Bambu X1 plate 3MF, you can import just the geometry if you have a different printer.
I printed this successfully (several times) using Overture Olive Green Matte PLA using Bambu Basic Matte PLA settings.
Grab the original SCAD file for the headband if you want to modify the parameters. Thanks to @arpruss for posting that.

If you want to make a customized headband for Fiona, scale down the ears in the X & Y and leave Z as is. You'll need the SCAD file to adjust the mount point sizes. Use your slicer's measuring tool for the mount point size after you scale things. Also angle the mounts flatter as Fiona's ears stick out pretty much horizontally.
