Summary

This is a scale model of an Agilent 1100 HPLC instrument. The instrument is used to separate complex mixes into their individual parts and be able to analyze each component by themselves. Commonly used in chemistry labs in all fields such as chemicals manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Post-Printing

Wash and Cure

            <div><p>Washed in two isopropanol 99% baths and then cured with UV curing station for 1.5 minutes 3 times in different orientations to ensure even light coverage.</p></div>

How I Designed This

3D Design

            <div><p>Took a parametric sketch of the front view of an Agilent 1100 HPLC and built model out of cubes in Blender. Added fine details with Boolean operations and by joining small meshes together. </p></div>
