Snap Circuits replacement crank arm for 6SCHC

Custom replacement crank arm for Snap Circuits 6SCHC which is prone to breaking. The design was kept simple but in the basic style of the OEM crank arm. It can still fold over and fit within the box properly for storage.

You must remove the pin holding the original arm in place. It is held in place by friction and took some effort to pull it out one side. Then you can place the little round cap over the shaft that comes out of the main gearbox, align the cross bar hole, hold the arm in place, and push the pin through the new arm and shaft cap assembly.

Remove the screw that holds the handle in place at the end of the OEM crank arm and move it to the 3D printed version. Snuggly tighten the screw in place and make sure it can still spin freely.
