Reduced base filament spool holder

Modification of ogelybogely's Filament spool holder for 250mm spools (10") V2 to remove some plastic from the parts touching the bed. The first time printing the original I had trouble with warping. Reducing the amount of plastic on the bed can help with warping so I came up with this. I haven't printed it yet but thought some people might find it useful.
