Summary

I'm slowly on my way to make a 501st approvable Darth Revan costume and wanted to make the version with two Lightsabers. But I didn't find any stl for the second Lightsaber that is depicted in the crl, which originally came from KOTOR 2, so I tried to remix tblkbandec's mountable Lightsaber because I wanted to be able to outfit both of them with a blade and electronics.
I also used and remixed a file of ahmedjaber's variant to make the end cap of the saber.

Instructions

Everything needs to be printed just once, except for the buttons which we need to have two of, I will glue them to the top saber part when everything has been smoothed and painted.

I left the opening for an actual button to activate the saber the same as in tblkbandec's original file.

You will see a ring on the inside of the bottom part, just above the just mentioned opening, to have a stop point for the blade so it won't slide around inside the saber. Again, the same as in tblkbandec's original file.

I changed the end cap in way that it will hopefully slot into the bottom end of the saber without being too loose or too tight. When everything is assembled I will attach it with magnets or elastic bands so I won't lose it while trooping xD
Also added two files of the end cap, one with a hole for a ring to attach it to your belt when the blade isn't inserted, and another one without the hole. You can decide whichever one you want, assembly-wise they are the same.

Just like his original file, a 25mm pipe will be able to be fit inside the saber, along with LED strips and all the other electronics needed to complete the whole Lightsaber.

Results

I hope to be able to be approved for the 501st with this saber, It already is printing at the moment, so we will see at some point :)
