4 brick wide lego turbine

this is a experimental turbine for Lego, it may have changes made to it to help it run better. This design fits in a 4 brick wide lego housing, (housing design was from a youtube video on "how to build a Lego vacuum chamber/turbine engine") if you need to change this to your needs, thats fine, just note that it works well as is.
