Radxa Zero 3W VRX for RubyFPV / OpenIPC / WFB-NG / hx-esp32-cam-fpv

The parts are 3D-printed from ABS and assembled using adhesive. I utilized two diferrent types of low power RTL88AU cards, but you can easily fit alternative models (e.g., RTL8812EU) with some adjustments using a Dremel.

The electronics setup consists of a Radxa Zero 3W, a USB 2.0 hub, synchronous DC-DC converter, 3010 fan, fan PWM conroller, 4-way joystick, two buttons, DC jack. There is a free space for the second DC-DC (recommended for high power output cards).

The VRX unit is mounted onto FPV glasses via a rail system https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6847457

p.s. It is challenging to fit everything into such tight space. If you are not comfortable with microcircuit soldering, I would recommend using bigger case.
