Bosch AdvancedVac 20 Dust Extraction to Makita SP6000J Track Saw Adapter

This adapter allows you to securely connect your Makita SP6000J track saw to the Bosch AdvancedVac 20 vacuum. It provides a snug and hopefully reliable fit, eliminating slipped vacuum hoses and the resulting mess.

Features

• Perfect Fit: Designed specifically for the Makita SP6000J (though anything with a 39.5 mm or slightly smaller OD dust port should work) and Bosch AdvancedVac 20.
• Secure Connection: Prevents hose slippage for hassle-free operation.
• Screwed Clamp: The saw side is clamped with M3 machine screws, balancing ease of disassembly and a secure grip.

Printing Recommendations

• Material: I printed it from PLA
• Walls: 3 - but right now I still use the prototype which was printed with only 2 which also seems sturdy enough
• Infill: Default infill, when in doubt, add more walls
• Layer Height: 0.28mm works fine
• Supports: Tree support worked best. Sadly some support is required for the vaccuum hose clamps.

Mounting Material

• 2x M3x14mm screws
• 4x M3 washer
• 2x M3 nut

Possible Improvements

• The nuts for the clamping part could be inserted into the material, but I prefer the added washer to prevent splitting the layers
