Sewing Practice Guide

Once a year I have to teach 7 year olds to sew and it has always been chaos as the binka fabric has too many holes to choose from.
So I designed these simple sewing guides with numbered holes so that I could relate the process back to the work they do in maths on times tables and number patterns.
Now I can give them clear instructions on which hole to use for each type of stict I am trying to teach.
The holes are 5mm wide so good for those still getting to grips with fine motor skills and hand eye coordination.

The Shed icon used is specific to my maker space classroom and was created by Maxicons from the Noun Project.
