Summary

You need at least two of these, three to be extra sure. Print your preferred moderately structural settings. I used 5 walls, top, bottom, 20% infill. The mounting holes are 4.5mm, the mounting pins are 8.1mm for a slight interference fit. The Mounting pins are 159mm apart. This is not a remix. I did my own takeoffs.

How I Designed This

My own take offs

            <div><p>When the other DC18SH models failed, I did my own take offs with some test prints for mounting pin spacing.  the DC18SH is 159mm spacing versus 164mm of the DC18RD.  Two test prints and I had my spacing.   The design is a simple 3,4,5 triangle with mounting holes and tool pathways to ensure bits and such fit to the fasteners (as much as possible).  </p></div>
