LB&SCR Buffer Stop Block

A standard buffer stop block designed by the LB&SCR and standardised fairly early on. This is for 4mm/ft and 16.5mm gauge (i.e. 00 gauge) and 18.2mm gauge (i.e. EM Gauge) version also supplied.

The original Fusion360 model has parameters for varying the gauge independent of the scale, so let me know if you need a different permutation.
