Leatherman Wave Wave+ SD Card Holder

Based heavily on the research and build from TriedAndTested, but I couldn't get an SD card to fit the one I printed. This one is pretty much identical but has a dummy SD which can be printed in place. Pause the print just before it closes over, add an SD card shaped slice of Mylar (I use A4 laminating sheet), iron it on and then resume the print. The covering layer will form beautifully but won't stick to the Mylar, allowing the dummy SD to be popped out with ease once cool. Thanks heaps to the original designer who spotted that it shouldn't be able to come out without the saw, and for giving access to the saw lock. My one relies on the adequate flex in order to get the card out, making the print a little stronger. I print with a brim, you may not need to. Don't add support - the dummy SD card does that for you. You could print it without the dummy and add support - it won't be very easy to remove nicely.

Lastly, once installed (follow TriedAndTested process), I heated the arm just a smidge then squished it once closed. This adds a tiny bend and lets it sit a bit better - see pics.
