fast change fuse holder for 5x20mm fuses for PANCONTROL PAN186

The PAN 186 has american style fuses, which are quiet expensive around here. Since those multimeters are intended for educational purposes and our teachers aren't very good, I designed this to make my life easier, in case teachers don't recognise again, that measuring current in parallel to the load results in a short circuit.
