As little inspo ig: When I printed these for a one-shot I ran, I made it so that they were being summoned throughout the castle of the BBEG (an adult dragon based on the BG Dragon from MTG Strixhaven) and any damage they did to the players would heal the BBEG and any damage dealt to them would also damage the BBEG. This meant that they chipped away a lot at the BBEG's health before they even got to the fight.
