SBB Gotthard old catenary portal - alter Fahrleitungsjoch Gotthardstrecke - H0 - 1:87

Ich wollte Teile der Gotthardstrecke in der Vorkriegszeit nachbauen. Leider gibt es dafür die passenden Fahrleitungsportale nicht, also habe ich sie mir selber modelliert.
Die Übergangsstücke sind für das Waxverfahren ausgelegt (sind damals bei Shapeways in Messing gegossen worden, so dass die Einzelteil sich mit den passenden Messing H-Profil 4x3 mm und U-Profil 2x1 mm verlöten ließen). Die Sockelhälften sind auch dafür ausgelegt: nachdem eine M3 Messingschraube vorbereitet worden ist und stabil am 4x3 mm Profil gelötet worden ist, wird es mit zwei Hälften eingekapselt.
Selbst habe ich nie das ganze Portal in 3d gedruckt, aber das sollte mit einem Resindrucker und dem richtigen Material (ich verwende eine Mischung 75% Conjure Rigid Grey + 25% Conjure Tough) möglich sein.

I wanted to recreate parts of the Gotthard line in the pre-war period. Unfortunately, there are no suitable catenary portals available, so I modeled them myself.
The transition pieces are designed for the wax process (they were cast in brass at Shapeways at the time, so that the individual parts could be soldered to the matching brass H-profile 4x3 mm and U-Profile 2x1 mm). The base halves are also designed for this: after an M3 brass screw has been prepared and soldered securely to the 4x3 mm profile, it is encapsulated within two halves.
I have never 3d printed the whole portal myself, but it should be possible with a resin printer and the right material (I use a mixture of 75% Conjure Rigid Grey + 25% Conjure Tough).
