wobbly plunge saw FIX - Parkside PTS 20-Li B2
I bought a terribly cheap plunge saw from Lidl because I wanted to try out plunge saws. But it sucked( surprise! ).
Basically it wobbles... a lot. When put flat on a table the base plate and the green "saw" part will rock left and right if sideways pressure is applied to it( if you own one you'll know what I mean ).
Here is a video ( in german, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEK71JCVcdU ) showing what I mean at the 27 min mark.
So I designed a tiny plastic piece that eliminates the wobbles. And so now it sucks a bit less.
I printed it standing up on the short side with a 0,4mm nozzle out of PLA. 0.28mm layer height. Enjoy.
