Universal 3D Printed Bearing That Works (remix in OpenSCAD)

This is the same model as the original "Universal 3D Printed Bearing That Works" by Robert Murray-Smith (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6898888), but now in OpenSCAD.
It is a demonstration to show what the model would be as a OpenSCAD script. It is not a customizable design for other sizes and the resulting 3D model has no improvements.
