Lenovo SFF M800 M900 Vent Mod

This vent mod helps to free up the internal volume of the Lenovo SFF M800 and M900 PC while offering a huge airflow boost. The Lenovo SFF is limited to shorter low profile GPUs due to the aluminum chassis that houses the primary drive, secondary drive, and front optical drive. By entirely removing the aluminum chassis, you can then put this vent mod in place by inserting it into the case from the outside. It will hold one 2.5" drive and a 5015 12v blower fan, which can run off a CPU fan header.

This mod is provided as-is with no warranty, use at your own risk. I am not liable for any damages. With that said, I use this in my machine and it works just fine. It has allowed me to successfully use more powerful GPU devices with extended length.

5015 12v DC blower:
The 5015 12v DC blower is optional of course. If you do intend to use it, you may want to attach the small coupler as it sort of funnels the airflow into the duct better. This is there because the 5015 blower is slightly taller than the optical drive slot we're using, so it must be placed in AFTER the vent mod is inserted. This small air flow coupler can be attached after insertion using a cotton swab of non-reactive adhesive.
