Summary

Had some time at work to draw this up. Print two, use nuts and bolts to mount the hooks on a wall, then drop your board down and grab a snack.

If you're a skier, just print one and you should be able to balance it in place as seen in the photograph. I put a small hanging nail beneath the tips of the skis as a precaution but they're not necessary.

Instructions

Print two of these.
They take a while. Using a FlashForge Creator Pro, ABS with 30% infill, 235/110 temps, and 70 feed rate/ travel rate, it took about 20 hours.
Get 4 couple hex bolts & nuts from the hardware store. Check where you want to mount them to figure out the length of bolt you'll need.
To fasten, feed the bolts through the holes from the inside going out, then through the place where you're mounting, and then screw on the bolts. If your bolts are too long to feed through going inside-out, try dropping the nuts into the holes on the inside and feed the bolts through the other side, keeping an eye on how much of the bolt is exposed on the inside (read: obviously you don't want the bolt point too far into the empty space in the hook because it will scratch your board). Do it again with the second hook, measuring to meet the correct length for your surfboard/ snowboard. With two mounted hooks, you should be able to securely lay your board into the hooks.
Optional: If you have a little room between your board and the inside of the hooks, consider adding something soft and spongy for extra protection.
