Hardware Setup:
A Brand HandyStep pipette is secured in a 3D-printed holder.
A servo motor, controlled by an Arduino Uno, actuates the pipette’s trigger.
The 3D-printed holder is mounted on a Rotrics DexArm for precise positioning and movement.
Software:
A custom-made driver written in R interfaces with the Arduino and orchestrates pipetting operations.
