beyblade x hold launcher fix for breaking ripcords.

the hold launcher has an issue where the ripcord can snag because of to tight of a cage around the beylogger reader disk on the inside of the launcher.
this is a replacement cage that is 0.5mm taller so it should give the ripcord more space but still allow it to fully close.
