the pull tab can be mounted on any hole and segured in place after a small melt with soldering iron.
There is an file without holes [solid] this file can be printed without botton and top layers with some kind of sparce infill to have an effect like an grill. Changing infill density and/or changing infill style completly change the style of grill
This option print much faster than the one with holes
