2020 Straight Edge Clamp For Cutting / Routing

This is a clamp I made to take advantage of some spare 2020 I have lay around, I needed to be able to cut a straight line so i designed and printed this. its simple but hopefully will help someone else :)

Notes:

--Its designed for v slot the original .Step file is included too if you want to make some changes for different types of aluminum bar etc.

-- You can get 2020 with a completely flat edge and no grooves so i might try that in the future.

-- If you are using a longer piece of 2020 like i was 1m+ i recommend 3 clamps. I drilled mine into place on the egdes so there was zero slippage, but with just 2020 it can flex in the middle when it gets longer, that or use 2040...

--Support required for the slots, its a .2mm offset from the aluminum bars, which makes a snug friction fit but allows to move. If you have problems you can offset the faces and output a print file.

--All it needs is a t-nut and a bolt.
