Blood on the Clocktower Ringlamp Panel

Everybody loved the ring lamp (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6687166) from Servo, but it comes with a flaw. Its missing a nice panel with the Blood on the Clocktower logo. Today we fix that. ;)
