Summary

Utilizing an existing replica mauser these are the parts I created to turn it into a replica DL-11. These are not all the parts you will need to build one, you will obviously need a mauser of some sort and a scope. The scope was consructed on a lathe out of PVC as well as the heat sink.

Instructions

All items were originally printed on a printrbot utilizing ABS. Later, the flash suppressor on the front was reprinted on a makerbot derivative with much better results. The flash suppressor was printed in ABS at 150 micron layer thickness. Lightly sanded and finished using acrylic paints. The source of the files are all my own, created by referencing a lot of pictures so the dimensions may be slightly off as I haven't had hands on a real deal. You will still need to create a scope and the front heat sink, which could be printed or lathed. I made mine from pvc pipe on a lathe. If someome models either, please share it. I would, but I am all done with the prop and have moved on.
