Nerf Retaliator/Recon extended magazine release

This is a remix from NonaSuomi. I adjusted the size of the lever for easier access to fit in the blaster, and I also added a little lump at the end to ensure the lever is reaching the original mag release platform. I used a dremel to cut the space for the lever to fit into. Lever hole may also need to be drilled for a better fit, reaming may also be relevant.
