OTF Fidget Knife - Tactical Grip

Added finger grips, end loop, and slider cover. The spring and cover have 0.2mm of separation to allow movement, just pull apart and compress to separate after printing. Adjusted the latches on the knife to be a little stronger. Any piece can be swapped out with the original.
