This is a X copter designed and then printed on our Imaginator 3D printer. A full description of the build, including the parts list, can be found on the Instructables website

Instructions

All pieces were specifically designed to overcome some of the hurdles to printing without supports. Overhangs were supported by using Meshmixer. As well, each piece was designed with an extra large footprint to aid in sticking the pieces to the platform. On our model both the top and bottom tray were printed in PLA and all other parts were printed in ABS.
