2" Dust Collector Blast Gate Adaptor for 2 1/2" Shop Vacuum Hose

Added adapter plates for Ridgid/ShopVac flex hoses. Sized for 2 1/2" hose system.
Also remixed the PVC/ABS plate to center the top hole as it was off by 1mm.
